Engineering Project: |

Now I’am in the 5th class for mechanical engineering at the HTL-Bregenz. At the beginning of this year i decided to start a diploma-project instead of writing a 35 hour exam at the end of the year. Lingenhöle Technologie, located in Feldkirch-Gisingen provided us, Stefan Ursella, Benedikt Höss and myself a project to improve our technical skills by working on a practical engineering problem. Our main Tasks is to develop a purifier which should dry-clean machining components and steel shafts. This cleaning process is realized by different washing agents which remove all filings and impurities from the workpiece. If we can sucessfully fulfil this task the workman than would be able to carry the now cleaned workpieces into the furnace immediately. We are looking forward to finishing our work by the end of May 03, where we are expected to introduce it. For more information please visit our website: ... ( under construction ).

Practical Experience: |

In my summer holidays i worked with:
- Lingenhöle Technologie ( three times )! My tasks involved controlling CNC - lathes and milling machines as well as superfinish and drilling machines which produces different kinds of steel shafts.
- Elko König where i electroplated different kinds of cylinders and pistons.
